What "live" actually means
At the end of Phase 1, your business data exists in the structured format AI engines are designed to crawl and cite. This is the data-readiness step — it does not yet mean every AI engine has crawled, indexed or chosen to mention you. That depends on each engine's own crawling schedule and the queries people actually ask.
We send your test queries to ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Grok and Yandex — the same way a real customer would ask.
Each query result shows whether your business was mentioned, and whether the AI got your facts right.

How your score is calculated
Every question is asked to every AI platform separately (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Grok, Yandex), and each one is scored like this:

Why a score can stay low right after you start
AI engines don't update the moment you publish — most rely on web crawls and training data that refresh on their own schedule, sometimes days or weeks apart. A low score right after setup usually means "not yet crawled," not "not working."
