Customers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity things like "Can you recommend a reliable dentist in Antalya?" Does your business appear in the answer? Tools that measure this are called AI visibility tools or GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) tools. There are many options, but they do not all do the same job, and not all suit a local business.
What these tools actually measure
Most of them do the same core thing: they send a set of questions (prompts) to several AI engines, check whether your brand appears in the answers, and turn that into a score. The differences are which engines, which languages, and what you can do with the result.
One caveat: these numbers are a sample, not a definitive ranking. AI answers can change from one run to the next, so look at the trend over time rather than a single measurement.
Three groups of tools
1. AI visibility platforms for marketing teams
Aimed at marketing teams, tracking many brands and AI platforms, with competitor and source analysis. Examples: Profound and AthenaHQ. AthenaHQ states on its site that it tracks visibility across 11+ large language models; Profound presents itself as an "AI marketing platform" for marketing teams. Tools like these can be broader than a single local business needs.
2. AI visibility modules of SEO tools
An AI visibility section of an SEO tool you may already use. Examples: Semrush's AI Visibility product and Ahrefs Brand Radar. Ahrefs says Brand Radar tracks visibility across AI answers as well as YouTube and Reddit. A sensible add-on if you already use the suite; probably unnecessary to buy a suite just for this.
3. Standalone AI visibility trackers
Focused only on monitoring visibility in AI answers. Examples: Visby, Peec AI, Otterly.AI. Visby states on its site that it tracks Turkish prompts across engines such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google AI. Peec AI presents itself as "AI search analytics for marketing teams" and highlights visibility, position and sentiment metrics. Otterly.AI says it monitors how your brand is mentioned across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Gemini, Copilot and Claude.
Also: local-search-focused tools
Local SEO tools also play in this space. BrightLocal presents itself as a local SEO platform for local businesses and agencies; Local Falcon states on its site that it tracks a business's visibility, at the location level, across ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and the Local Map Pack.
A checklist for a local business
- Language support: can it run prompts in your language and read answers correctly?
- Engines covered: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude — and, if relevant to your market, Yandex?
- What happens after measuring: only a score, or concrete steps to fix gaps?
- Local data: does it connect to your Google Business Profile and name/address/phone consistency?
- Source transparency: does it show which sites the AI drew its answer from?
- Cost vs. scale: is the monthly cost proportionate for a single-location business?
Where mytrend.ai fits
mytrend.ai is a GEO platform built mainly for local businesses in Turkey and the agencies and dealers who serve them. It:
- measures visibility on real customer questions across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok and Yandex and gives an AI Visibility Score;
- generates schema.org (JSON-LD) markup, an llms.txt file and Q&A pages that AI systems can quote directly for your business page;
- provides an Action Plan after measuring: what is missing and in what order to fix it;
- brings Google Search Console, GA4 and Bing Webmaster data into the business dashboard;
- offers a separate panel for agencies and dealers managing several clients.
To be honest: mytrend.ai is a young product and does not have the scope of platforms built for large marketing teams. The tool descriptions in this post are based on what the tools say on their own sites; please confirm features and pricing there. For an example of results on a real business, see our case studies.

Bottom line
The right choice depends on your scale: comprehensive platforms for multi-brand marketing teams, the AI module of your SEO suite if you already have one, and — for a local business or agency — a tool that connects measurement to fixing steps. Whichever you choose, watch the trend over weeks, not a single reading.
